Andrew Coulter has been working in the design and construction sector since 1987, covering many aspects of the industry from Listed Buildings to specialist adaptations for those with mobility impairment.
Betina Coulter has been a freelance Project Manager since 1985, with wide-ranging experience in administration, planning and property management.
We will provide you with 2D and 3D CAD drawings to help bring your ideas to life, keeping you involved in the design process from conception to completion.
We can also draw up specifications and tender documents and recommend suitable contractors to carry out building work, all of whom are vetted by us and DBS checked.
For larger projects, such as extensions and alterations, we can supply detailed drawings and help you through the planning application process.
We understand that many clients either do not have the time or do not feel comfortable dealing with trades people and sourcing materials, and we are happy to provide project management services should you require.
